How far in advance should I plan my trip?
This is entirely up to you, but we suggest no more than half a year in advance. We will plan your memorable trip based on hotels / restaurants / tours / experiences that are currently open and available, however, we have no control over what can happen over a longer period of time. Sadly, we have witnessed a lot of business closures post-COVID.
Can you verify that all the places you recommend are still in business?
Rest assured that while building your dream trip, we will reach out to all businesses and establishments to ensure that everything is open and fully functioning. Our goal is to give you the best possible experience.
Do you plan trips to places you’ve never been to before?
Definitely! We do extensive research and have an extensive network of contacts, friends and family around the world that we trust and will happily assist us in creating the most perfect itinerary for you (and probably give us an itch to replicate it for ourselves :)).
Will you be in contact with me throughout my trip?
Totally! We’ll provide you with our contact information, so we can stay in touch via WhatsApp and email in case you have any doubts along your trip. We’ve rarely encountered any hiccups during our travels, but in case the inevitable happens, we’ll be there with you to get it resolved ASAP.
How soon will I receive my itinerary and what is the payment structure?
We require 50% payment in order to start working on your personalized itinerary. We will provide you with the first round of your personalized itinerary within 10 days for your review. Based on the feedback, we will make up to 2 sets of revisions, to ensure you are fully satisfied and happy with your dream getaway.
Once revisions are complete and agreed upon with both parties, the remaining 50% balance is due.
We accept Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.
How will I receive my itinerary?
We will provide your personalized itinerary in a mobile/desktop friendly version as well as a printed version.
Are you able to create an itinerary in another language aside from English?
We are both bilingual and fluent in Spanish, so we can communicate and help create everything in Spanish for you con mucho gusto!
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 24 hours to cancel with a full refund. If you cancel after that, service fees are non-refundable, given that we start planning your dream getaway as soon as you send the initial 50% payment. You will also be responsible for any non-refundable trip bookings made by either yourself or by Sisterly Twogether on your behalf. We will always confirm purchases with you prior to booking.
